科研简介

专注于开发高效、特异的体内基因递送策略。通过筛选优化脂质纳米粒(LNP)及设计优化mRNA序列,使其能够联合超声靶向微泡空化实现靶向体内特定组织器官乃至特定类群细胞递送mRNA,同时屏蔽外源mRNA在非超声辐照部位的表达,实现体内定点的基因表达乃至基因编辑,用于治疗动脉粥样硬化、癌症等疾病。
